Create payment initiation management session

Creates a secure management session for end users to access payment initiation interfaces. Generates an authenticated URL with opaque token that allows users to manage their payment initiations through a white-label interface. Supports both individual (CPF) and business entity (CNPJ) users with optional redirect URL configuration.
