Completes the authorization process for an Open Finance Brasil payment initiation enrollment using FIDO2 authentication. This endpoint receives the digital signature generated by the user's FIDO2 authenticator, validates the signature against the previously issued challenge, and authorizes the payment consent. Includes device risk signals for security analysis and fraud prevention.
