List account links (enrollments).

Lists existing Open Finance account links (enrollments) created by the user. These are the established connections with account holder institutions (detentoras de contas) that can be used for payment initiation without redirection. Each enrollment represents a secured link that has gone through the authentication and FIDO2 credential binding process.
